For over 70 years PIMA (Parent Instrumental Music Association) has helped support District 90’s instrumental music program. This year we ask you to extend your support of PIMA so that we may continue to provide your children with a top-notch instrumental music education program.

PIMA uses the dues you pay with the money it raises throughout the year to:
• Offer band, orchestra and jazz workshops staffed by leading instructors and renown music educators.
• Host monthly clinics and sectionals lead by local music teachers.
• Provide up-to-date technology to enhance instruction.
• Motivate students by recognizing their accomplishments at the year-end Awards Breakfast.
• Restore district-owned instruments for student use
• Purchase high quality “first-chair” instruments for band and orchestra.
•Commission original works for our band and orchestra from nationally recognized composers.
